Son Marroig and Miramar Monastery - Deia
The Son Marriog estate on the west coast of Mallorca offers a fantastic view over the sea and the Tramuntana mountains. In the 19th century it belonged to the Austrian Archduke Ludwig Salvator, also known as "Luigi", cousin of Empress Sisi and ancestor of modern dropouts, traveller, sailor, scientist, artist and friend of Mallorca. A lookout point with a small bar invites you to take a rest with breathtaking panoramic views.

Tren de Soller - the red lightning
The railroad of Sóller connects daily Palma de Mallorca with Sóller on a route of 27.3 km. Since 1913, the railroad company also operates a streetcar line from Sóller to Puerto de Sóller. The route is special because the railroad has to overcome the natural obstacle of the Sierra de Alfàbia, 496 meters above sea level. A fascinating excursion for the whole family.
