Waterparks
Mallorca's water parks promise giant water slides, singing sea lions, trained dolphins and many more. Whether Agualandia, Aguacity, Aguapark or at Marineland: a great day with lots of fun for the whole family is guaranteed.

Weekend Farmer’s Markets
This is kind of a duty for everybody who is having a trip to Majorca. You will find a wide range of typical local agricultural products and handcrafted objects like earthenware or leather goods. Make sure you try at least some of the degustation appetizers like Sobrasada, Chorizo, Spanish ham or cheese. Tip: Try also some marinated olives! Every weekly farmer's market has got its own atmosphere.

Here is a choice of the best markets:
  • Monday to Saturday: the two markets in Palma - Santa Catalina & Mercat d'Olivar
  • Monday: Calvia
  • Wednesday: the most typical and biggest market in Sineu (with cattle market); Andratx
  • Friday: Alaró
  • Saturday: Bunyola, Sóller
  • Sunday: Valldemossa

Harbor of Port d’Andratx
Port d'Andratx is considered as the most beautiful harbor in the southwest of Majorca Island. The road leads from Camp de Mar into the southwest of Mallorca to Port d'Andratx through the lovely wooden landscape. Out of nowhere, you will see the pretty, blue bay with its numerous white boats. Additionally you will have a wonderful view to the Tramuntana Mountains.

The former monastery of La Trapa
One of the most popular hiking destinations of the southwest lies in the Vall de Sant Josep north of Sant Elm - high above the sea and directly opposite to the Island Dragonera. Monks founded a monastery there in 1810, of which only ruins remain today.

Gallery „Centro Cultural Andratx“ (CCA Andratx)
With 4.000 m² of exhibition space, the CCA Andratx is the largest center for contemporary art in Europe. The CCA Andratx is located in the south of the Tramuntana Mountains, about 30 minutes from Palma. It is dedicated to the creation and exhibition of contemporary art.
Visitors, collectors and artists are invited to explore the unique cultural experience of the CCA Andratx!
